The induction hob is rated at 7.4kW (32A) and will electronically control/share power to keep the current below this if all rings are being used and the power boost is also in operation.

If this product is installed to IEE wiring regulations this will allow a diversity factor. The use of a diversity factor essentially takes into account that not all hobs, ovens and grills would generally be used at the same time and if they were the elements would cycle on/off meaning that full power would be for a limited time and within the specification of the wiring circuit.

Therefore, this appliance can be installed using a standard 32amp power supply.
