OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Washing machine broke and I needed a replacement in a hurry. I rang and spoke to Colin and in just over 2 hours the replacement was here. The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed it were friendly and professional. Prices are competitive too.

So on Friday lunchtime at 11.30 am our old Panasonic washing machine ( 9 years old; purchased from as was then Thomas Bros) packs in. Look on line; as you do and then think OK lets phone Vaughan's. Explained what I wanted and what was happening and so:- The conversation: 1) We have just what you need a Siemens WM14T390GB 8kg load, 1400 rpm spin , 5 year warranty, in white! 2 ) Its £479.99 delivered and installed! 3) We can deliver it in 45!!! YES 45 minutes!!! 4) We will take the old one away for £20!! So approx. 90 minutes after the phone call I have a brand new German quality washing machine delivered , installed and demonstrated with the old one taken away for £499.99! 5) Curry's charge £45.00 for delivery and removal of old appliance!! Buy local, this store is outstanding and it and its staff deserve the highest praise and support.

Fantastic Products and Great Staff

Yet again another first class service from this lovely company. All of my kitchen / laundry appliances are from Vaughan's and I will continue to buy from them. I ordered a tumble dryer this morning at 10am which was kindly delivered this afternoon by a polite and helpful driver called Richard. Thanks again.

Better service when walking in off the street from friendly staff. Better range of stock on many items and also better prices. Better delivery, better after sales. Our fridge-freezer failed and Nick from Llanelli made it all happen fast enough to be able to rescue most of the freezer contents. Brilliant company.

My inclination was to go to Vaughan's anyway, knowing their reputation. Nicki went the extra mile and had the item delivered from St. Clears this afternoon, at a better price than another chain store. Thanks, Nicki
