If your product is under warranty
Providing the product has been purchased from Vaughans and the fault has not been caused by accidental or physical damage, then there is no charge for a product that is still covered by a warranty*

If the product is deemed unrepairable or beyond economical repair after the initial call out and you purchase a replacement appliance from Vaughans, you will receive 1/2 of the call-out fee back against the new appliance. Ask staff for further details.
